Apply for DU Online Diploma in Legal Studies

  • Resume (CV)
  • Cover letter explaining your motivation for applying for the Online Diploma in Legal Studies
  • Transcripts of records or Proof of professional experience
  • If English is not your native language, provide proof of your English proficiency. English language test score required:  IELTS (6.0), TOEFL (100), TOEIC (900)

Selection criteria:

  • Have completed at least two semesters of higher education in law
  • Or have completed at least two semesters of higher education in a field other than Law but have shown a strong interest in law
  • Or have a professional experience demonstrating a strong interest in law.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Academic Calendar:

From late September to late June.

Registration fees:

1. Payment of the CVEC 
The amount of the Contribution to Student Life and Campus (CVEC) in 2025/2026 was €105. The information about the amount for 2026/2027 will be announced in June. These fees required for the registration at the university are to be paid online on the website cvec.student.gov.fr

2. Tuition fees
Please note that this diploma is not eligible for the CPF. 
  • International or French applicants: € 1,500
  • UGA’s students (formation initiale): €400
  • Funded continuing education: € 2,000
