The Master's degree in Contract and Property Law lies at the intersection of two major areas of law: civil law and business law. Its aim is to provide in-depth knowledge in these two areas, in order to train students for careers in the promising fields of the legal profession (lawyer, magistrate) and corporate law.
The first year allows students to complete their fundamental training in private law, based on a balance between lectures and tutorials. The second year is devoted to specialization (in-depth study) and professional development.
The class, made up of 20 students, allows for group and personalized teaching. The teaching method focuses on seminars and practical exercises led by professionals (mock trials, contract drafting, amicable settlement practices). Students are also exposed to the latest innovations in the digitization of justice and new tools for legal knowledge (predictive justice) by participating in an educational project involving the computerized processing of litigation. The program concludes with a 2- to 6-month internship in various sectors: courts, law firms, companies, and associations.
