Find all the information and documents you need to prepare for your gap year on the UGA website.

Submission of gap year applications - 2025-2026 academic year

Submit your gap year request (documents can be downloaded from the UGA website) by email to droit-cesure@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr or by dropping it off at office B203 of the Grenoble Faculty of Law:

• For students entering their second or third year of a bachelor's degree or a master's degree, applications must be submitted by July 10, 2025 at the latest.
• For students entering the first year of a bachelor's degree program, applications must be submitted by August 20, 2025 at the latest.

Please note:

• Requests received after the start of classes will not be accepted.
• During the gap year, students remain enrolled at the university in the program they will rejoin upon their return. For selective programs, you must include your admission letter with your gap year request.
