Master's Degree in Business Law, Business Legal Advisors

The Master's degree in Business Law for Corporate Legal Advisors (DEJCA) offers an excellent education in business law delivered by an experienced team of academics and professionals.
This training can be taken as continuing education, initial training, or work-study training.

The aim is to train high-level lawyers who are immediately operational in every aspect of corporate legal affairs: contract law, corporate law, economic law, tax law, labor law, financial law, economic law, etc.

The program places a strong emphasis on practical application. Students are required to solve real-world problems in groups, just as they will be expected to do later in the workplace.
Particular attention is paid to:
  • Learning legal, tax, social, and financial engineering methods by drafting consultations, memos, and conclusions;
  • Understanding all aspects of corporate law through the study of numerous cross-disciplinary cases.
In order to complete their training, at the end of their master's degree, starting in April, students undertake an internship of at least two months in a law firm, a corporate legal department, an accounting firm, a notary's office, or a bank. The choice of internship is made according to the student's intended career path.
