This page is for individuals wishing to apply for distance learning in the following programs: Bachelor's degree; University Diploma in Legal Assistance; Master's degree.
When are the application periods?
Academic year 2026-2027:
Bachelor's degree applications: Monday, April 13 to Wednesday, July 8, 2026.
Legal assistant university diploma applications: Monday, May 18 to Wednesday, July 8, 2026.
Master's degree applications: Monday, June 1 to Monday, June 15, 2026.
Please note: the DU Legal Assistant is listed in E-candidat under the heading Law Bachelor's Degree Distance Learning > University Diploma Cycle 1.
Fill in all sections of the form and keep the file number that will be assigned to you.
2/ Submit supporting documents on E-candidat
Please note that all documents are mandatory and must be submitted via E-candidat (do not send by email or post).
Don't forget to attach your proof of eligibility for EAD:
Students in employment: attach employment contract and three pay slips
Students with family responsibilities: enclose a copy of the family record book.
Students living abroad or outside the Grenoble area: enclose a copy of the lease or a bill (for students staying with their parents, please provide a certificate of accommodation, the identity card of the person signing and proof of address).
Students unable to attend for health reasons: attach medical certificate
High-level sports students: attach a copy of your status certificate
Students enrolled in more than one course: enclose a certificate of enrolment covering the following year.
3/ Wait for the response and confirm
Please note: incomplete applications will not be reviewed by the committee.
Bachelor's degree and university diploma in Legal Assistance: Once your application has been reviewed by the EAD admissions committee, you will receive a response by email (check your spam folder). The processing time is 15 days to 1 month.
Master's degree: Once your application has been reviewed by the EAD admissions committee, you will receive a response by email (check your spam folder) on the nationally designated date for the publication of results.
What next?
If your application has been accepted, you must then proceed with your registration by visiting the page Register / re-register for EAD.
