The Valence Post-Baccalaureate Forum is co-organized by the UGA Valence Drôme Ardèche Campus Administration and L'Etudiant. Its goal is to present high school students in the Drôme and Ardèche departments with the most comprehensive range of post-baccalaureate education options possible.
Two days dedicated to guidance and discovery of universities and post-baccalaureate institutions (public and private under contract with the State) in Drôme-Ardèche,Université Grenoble Alpes the Auvergne Rhône Alpes Region.
The fair is funded by the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region and supported by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, the departments of Ardèche and Drôme, Valence Romans Agglo, and the city of Valence.
Nearly 130 education stakeholders (universities, schools, training organizations, etc.) will be on hand to answer all the questions high school students and their families may have!
High school students can now create their own personalized visit itinerary by selecting their favorite exhibitors and conferences on the fair's website or by downloading the "Salons l'Étudiant" app.
Who is the trade show aimed at?
High school students involved in developing a career plan and discovering Parcoursup.
Students wishing to continue their studies after a two- or three-year college degree or to change direction.
Parents and teachers who support young people in their educational and career choices.
What to do at the trade show?
Meet with universities and post-secondary institutions (public and private under contract with the state) in Drôme-Ardèche, Grenoble, and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
Build your career path with the help of guidance counselors and psychologists from the French Ministry of Education.
Attend information sessions on various academic programs and careers—a unique opportunity to discuss topics of interest, such as Parcoursup, degrees, career prospects, and professions. Download the list of information sessions (coming soon).
Find out about the student environment: housing, scholarships, health, sports, culture, study accommodations (people with disabilities, high-level athletes, artists, activists), international mobility, etc.
How to prepare for your visit before the trade show?
Visit the website https://forum-post-bac-valence.salon.letudiant.fr/fr (coming soon) to find all the information about the fair: exhibitors, conference schedule, highlights, floor plan, and key resources to help you plan your career path.
Select the establishments you want to visit in order to plan your itinerary.
Download your mandatory invitation to attend the trade show for free .
Click on the "Register a school group" button on the exhibition's home page.
Then download your group QR code, which you will present at the entrance to the exhibition on the day (you don't need to print it out, you can show it on your smartphone).
Your students do not need to download an individual QR code.
The Post-Baccalaureate Forum is an opportunity to discover the many possible courses of study:
short, long, professional, or general studies, in initial training or work-study programs, preparatory classes, at university, in IUTs, engineering schools, and other specialized schools.

Career guidance and placement officers and psychologists from the French Ministry of Education will be on hand to answer all your questions and help you define your academic and career plans: Parcoursup, continuing your studies after high school, changing direction, courses, careers, job opportunities, and the steps you need to take to enroll in higher education.
In addition, documentation and books will be available for your use.

You will get practical advice and answers to your questions!
Conferences
You'll be able to participate in four quizzes and attend themed lectures.
Among the new features: a conference on the caesura.
These conferences will put you in direct contact with training experts, teachers, and businesses. Parcoursup, international mobility, short courses, preparatory classes, health studies, further education, and career opportunities are other examples of topics that will be covered during these events.
