Master's Degree Alumni Network - Data Protection Act
The data controller forUniversité Grenoble Alpes the President of the university. The information collected in this questionnaire will be processed on paper or electronically for the purpose of creating an alumni network. The information collected in this document is optional. Failure to answer the questions will have no consequences. The data will be kept for a maximum of five years. The recipients of the data are authorized individuals and departments atUniversité Grenoble Alpes specifically the Grenoble Law School.
In accordance with and under the conditions defined in the amended French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access data concerning you that is being processed, the right to rectify information concerning you, the right to erase your data, the right to restrict the processing of data concerning you, and the right to the portability of the data collected.
If you wish to exercise any of these rights in relation to data stored byUniversité Grenoble Alpes, please contact the Grenoble Faculty of Law (droit-professionnalisation@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr) and send a copy of your request to the institution's data protection officer (dpo@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr). If you believe that the processing of your personal data does not comply with current European data protection regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority mentioned opposite: CNIL - Complaints Department, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 PARIS CEDEX 07.
