Professional degree in Legal Activities: Legal Representative for the Protection of Adults
Whether you come from a legal background or another field, whether you are a student or a professional, the Grenoble Law School offers you the opportunity to enter the profession thanks to the launch, in September 2026, of a new program, the professional bachelor's degree in Legal Activities: Legal Representative for the Protection of Adults.
The professional degree in Legal Activities: Legal Representative for the Protection of Adults (MJPM) aims to train students in one year (bachelor's degree) to prepare them to work in the field of legal protection for vulnerable adults.
The MJPM's mission is to support and protect adults who are under legal protection due to impaired mental or physical faculties. It acts on the orders of the guardianship judge to protect the personal and financial interests of adults, while ensuring, as far as possible, that their independence is preserved.
The training aims to provide the necessary skills and knowledge to MJPMs, regardless of how they practice (employee of an association; employee of a hospital, medical-social, or residential facility; independent professional).
