When are the registration periods?

Academic Year 2026–2027:

FIRST YEAR OF BACHELOR'S DEGREE: Online registration from Tuesday, July 7, to Friday, July 17, 2026, and then from Friday, August 21, to Monday, October 5, 2026.

BACHELOR'S DEGREE YEARS 2 AND 3: Online administrative registration from Friday, July 3 to Friday, July 17, 2026, then from Friday, August 21 to Monday, October 5, 2026.

MASTER'S 1: Online administrative registration from Thursday, July 2 to Friday, July 17, 2026, then from Friday, August 21 to Thursday, September 10, 2026.

MASTER 2: Online administrative registration from Friday, July 3 to Friday, July 17, 2026, then from Friday, August 21 to Thursday, September 10, 2026.

LEGAL ASSISTANT DIPLOMA: administrative registration by paper application only (see below) from Friday, July 3 to Friday, July 17, 2026, then from Friday, August 21 to Monday, October 5, 2026.

Registration by paper application, in the following cases:

  • Foreign students admitted via Campus France who are unable to register online
  • Asylum-seeking students and refugee students
  • Dual degree students: IEP Grenoble, GEM, or other UGA component
  • Students in funded continuing education
  • Students accepted into the Legal Assistant University Diploma program

Request for Transfer of Academic Records:

Are you transferring from another university? You must request that your previous university transfer your academic records (using a form available on their website or from your former department). Please email the confirmation of this request to droit-transfert@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr.

What are the fees to be paid?

To finalize your registration, you must pay certain fees.
