The Faculty of Law's academic services are available to answer any questions you may have about the academic year (courses, exams, etc.). Withdraw my diploma (in-person courses)

1) On-site withdrawal:

Please bring a valid official ID with you when you come to collect your diploma.

Bachelor's degrees:

Bachelor's degrees for the 2024-2025 and 2023-2024 academic years can be collected from the reception desk of the Grenoble Faculty of Law. 
The schedule for diploma delivery at the reception desk of the Grenoble Law School is as follows:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 8:15 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday from 8:15 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:50 p.m.
Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.

For bachelor's degrees from academic years prior to 2023-2024, please request an appointment with the head of the Bachelor's Degree Department: coralie.tasca@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr

Master's degrees:

2) Withdrawal by proxy:

You will need to present:

• A handwritten, dated, and signed letter of authorization, including your name and the identity of the third party authorized to collect your diploma.
• A copy of your ID as a graduate
• The third party's ID + copy of the document

3) Withdrawal by mail:

If you are unable to collect your diploma in person, it can be sent to you by mail upon request. To do so, please complete and submit one of the two forms below, along with the required supporting documents:

Activate my account on Digiposte

Are you a student at UGA? You will be assigned an account on Digiposte, La Poste's personal digital safe.

This allows you to view your transcripts, certificates of achievement, and various academic documents that are considered original documents.
Please note that none of these documents will be issued to you in paper format.

To access these documents, you must activate your account (see guide, Downloads tab).
All the necessary information about the digital safe is also available onthe LEO student intranet.

Finding my way around campus

With its 175 hectares, the Grenoble campus is home to numerous university buildings. As lectures and tutorials are not held in a single building, students at the Faculty have to move around the campus, which is why it is useful to know your way around.
