In exchange

The Faculty of Law offers its students the opportunity to study abroad at one of the partner countries of the FacultyStudents can do this by:
  • Third year of Bachelor's degree in Law: mobility in the second semester;
  • First year of Master's degree: one-year or one-semester mobility;
  • Second year of the Master's program: several destinations are available for mobility in the second semester for students enrolled in the European Legal Careers, International Legal and Digital Careers, and International Security, Cybersecurity, and Defense tracks:
As a student at Grenoble Law School, you have the opportunity to benefit from exchange partnerships established between the Faculty and around fifty universities in around twenty European and non-European countries. Other destinations outside Europe are also available to all UGA students.

Application

The application process and student selection take place the year before departure in exchange (e.g., third year of a bachelor's degree for entry into a master's program).

Calendar:

For departures in L3 and M1:
  • September–October: Information sessions on exchange programs organized by the Faculty of Law and UGA
  • October–November: compiling application files
  • January: pre-selection of applications for destinations outside Europe
  • February–March: pre-selection of applications for European destinations (Erasmus+, Switzerland)
For mobility programs undertaken as part of a Master's 2 degree, selection is made by the program directors in September of the second year of the Master's program.

For more information, interested students are invited to consult the International section on the LEO intranet and on Moodle International Relations.

Selection:

The selection criteria for candidates for study mobility, which take into account the requirements of partner universities, are as follows:
  • academic level,
  • the level of language,
