All Latin American countries have established mechanisms for reviewing constitutionality, entrusted either to specialized courts or to ordinary courts. As a veritable laboratory of contemporary constitutionalism, the region stands out for the diversity and originality of its approaches, particularly through the central role played by constitutional courts. This conference is organized by François Barque, in partnership with the University of Pau and the University of Valencia (Spain)
